Scopello

Scopello is possibly one of the most charming and picturesque places of the entire Zingaro Reserve region. It is a small town originating from the eighteenth century. It is built around  beam, the site of former Arab villiage. Below, there is a wonderful cove bounded by cliffs that is protected by old towers.

This site has made Scopello one of the most beautiful places of the Mediterranean. There is a single sign, where strong Faraglioni formed a frame on the small beach, set between the high rocky walls. The antique tower was active until last year, however, today it is a type of museum.
