Villa Buccellato is a fascinating estate in Castellammare del Golfo which has recently been renovated and enriched with a pool.

The outside

The villa is fully surrounded by nature: it is immersed in a large fenced park with pines, olive trees and an orchard. There are also a relax area where you can just chill on the hammocks shaded by trees and a small veranda with a ping pong table.

Delimited by hedges and olive trees, you can reach the pool area from the garden or from the large veranda on the back of the building. It is paved in natural stone and has sunbeds and umbrellas all around. The beautiful infinity pool – purified with salt – is 15 x 6 m wide and 1.40 m deep.

The interiors

Of classical inspiration, the villa has been recently renovated in the name of modern comfort, while respecting the local architectural tradition.  It consists of a main villa and an annex.

The main villa has two floors. On the ground floor are: a large hall, a double room, the living room with TV, the dining room, the kitchen and the laundry room. The kitchen gives access to the terrace on the back, which overlooks the pool and has a barbecue and a large table for your open-air meals.

On the second floor are the other bedrooms: three with double bed and one with two single beds.

All the bedrooms of the main villa have an en suite bathroom with shower.

The annex is accessible from the outer side of the mail villa. It consists of a living room with TV, one room with double bed, one room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

All the rooms of the main villa and the annex are air-conditioned.

Main Villa: 5 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower (4 with double beds and 1 with single beds).

Annex: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 with single beds and one bathroom with shower.

Between the estate and Castellammare del Golfo city center there are basic shops, supermarkets, excellent bars and bakeries.
