Relais Santa Anatasia

The Relais Santa Anatasia is a charming residence at the foot of the Madonie, on the hills overlooking Cefalù. Near Castelbuono is surrounded by vineyards with a view that extends to the Aeolian Islands.

Founded by Ruggero d’Altavilla, in the twelfth century it was an ancient Benedictine abbey immersed in the peace and silence of the mountains.

The Abbey is a place where the magic and the wise harmony that is created between man and nature, allows the birth of a perfect alchemy.

It will seem to merge with the surrounding landscape, become a single soul and find peace and relaxation immersed in sounds, colors and smells just perfect.

The 28 rooms are immersed in the scents and colors of the uncontaminated Sicilian nature, furnished with the Madonite style. Each room bears the name of a vine to be even more faithful to the landscape.

Respect for nature and the territory are also reflected in wine production, where organic and biodynamic are the masters. Drinking is also influenced by nature, and in wine tasting this must be perceived.

Inside the Abbey there is a garden of essences and a vegetable garden, which contribute to creating a seasonal cuisine, with products predominantly KM0.
